YVONNE DOYLE

Yvonne is a former professional tennis player who proudly represented Ireland over 80 times in international team events at both junior and senior levels. She achieved a career-high world ranking of No. 238 in singles and No. 202 in doubles. Yvonne also served as the non-playing captain of the Irish Billie Jean King Cup team for six years, following 11 years as a team player.

Early in her career, Yvonne developed a deep interest in the mental side of the game. Determined to overcome her own challenges, she explored mindfulness, meditation, and mental training techniques—tools that became a vital part of her success.

After retiring from competition, Yvonne continued her studies in meditation and yoga. Alongside her on-court coaching, she now shares these practices with players, helping them build mental resilience and confidence.

Today, Yvonne works one-on-one with players and groups, guiding players to overcome mental hurdles and unlock their full potential. She also delivers talks and workshops - both in person and online - to tennis players and sports communities across the country.

  • How long do I have access to the course content?
    Once purchased, you have access to the course content for one year. You can make your way through the course at your own pace, in your own time. I recommend that you complete all the lessons in the course. And you can return to lessons that you found particularly helpful over and over again within the 365 days.
  • I have a squad of players - is there a special rate for a team/squad of players?
